There's been something missing for me, and that's what inside Canadian real estate is going to be. I've been in a Canadian real estate game for like a while. Like, I have a marketing background, but I've been in real estate for years and I listen to a lot of real estate podcasts. Like I'm always listening to stuff, new content. There's a lot of really good real estate podcasts, but they're not Canadian specific. And I'm just, there's there's been something missing for me.

Like I want to go in the car, I want to put on a podcast. I want to hear what's happening in Canada, like with Canadian brokers, with agents, with investors, commercial real estate, residential real estate. I I don't find that nothing that blends the whole thing like I want to. I want something that if you're a first time house buyer, you can come out and actually learn and figure out what's going on the market, when you should buy, where you should buy, how you should buy. And if you're in the commercial side, you're an investor. What are the options?

How do you get into private equity? How do you get into building a fund? How do you, how do you get into a REIT like And even if you're an individual investor, how do you capitalize on that? What are other ways to invest in real estate that doesn't actually involve owning a physical structure? Like, I want to talk about all that stuff and that's what inside Canadian real estate is going to be. So inside Canadian real estate is going to be a podcast uniquely Canadian about the Canadian market, residential, commercial, all of it.

I don't have the answers, I don't have the information, but I'm going to bring the people that do and we're going to talk about it. We're going to share stuff. We're going to like basically just shut ideas around and try to bring you some of the biggest players in the Canadian real estate space from a very diverse like segment of, I mean, expertise. I guess one day you're going to tune in, you're going to hear from a top agent here in Toronto and the next day you're going to hear from someone managing billions of dollars in private equity and how they built that fund. So we're going to cover all these bases and along the way we'll have some other shows like we'll have some stuff where we're just going through headlines and news what's happening in Canada, we'll talk about it.
